Bellus Group Pte Ltd was established in 2004. Since then, Bellus has believed in mergers and acquisitions with companies that synergise with the business. This has allowed us to adopt new skills and technology within the surface industry, paving the way for potential immediate expansions. Bellus has grown from a mere2000 sqft production facility to a now 60,000 sqft production and manufacturing facility.

As a multi-faceted surface specialist that customises, fabricates, supplies and installs, Bellus offers an extensive product line such as Natural Marble and Granite, Solid Surface,Cultured Marble, Engineered Quartz and our latest product of Sintered Surface. By building strong partnerships with distributors of quality products including Cosentino and Caesarstone, we endlessly strive towards delivering nothing less than quality products and exceptional services to you.

Alan Heng

Managing Director

Bellus’ constant expansion over the past decades has been made possible as a result of founder Alan Heng, and his beliefs, values and principles with regards to the Bellus business.

Though Alan now has over 20 years of experience in this field, he started from humble beginnings as a one man show. Continuously, Alan purchased materials and sourced for fabricators on his own until eventually, he was faced with the setback of a lack of fabricators to meet his customers’ demands.

For Alan, this setback only fuelled his determination to fulfil his customers’ needs. With a firm resolve to deliver his promises, Bellus’ expansion began from a materials supplier to an organisation that provided solutions in fabrication as well.

Over the years, Alan’s goal of delivering excellent service and quality materials has become the guiding philosophy to Bellus’ business operations. This is relentlessly imbued among all Bellus employees. The powerful desire of wanting nothing more than to go above and beyond in ensuring customer satisfaction has not only set Bellus apart from a sea of competitors but has also propelled Bellus into a multi-faceted market leader that customises, fabricates, supplies and installs.

Integrity, professionalism, reliability and trustworthiness are just some of the core values that Alan believes in. With these attributes ingrained into Bellus’ identity and work ethics, we set consistent and high service standards, in still confidence in all whom we work with and aim to become and remain our customer’s first choice of surface provider.

Having these strong foundations places Bellus in the perfect position for future opportunities. Alan plans to internationalise Bellus, envisioning the organisation in China and USA markets.

Lynette Sim

General Manager

Understanding the ins and outs of an industry is no easy feat, especially when one is new to that sector.

For co-founder Lynette Sim, this was exactly what she had to conquer, transitioning from banking to the surface material industry. At the start of Bellus’ establishment, Lynette took on administrative roles and eventually delved into the organisation’s day-to-day operations as it flourished. Humble yet determined, Lynette would seek guidance from her team, gaining knowledge across all facets of the business from materials and products to the entire fabrication process.

Over the years, acquisition and hiring opportunities arose, allowing the Bellus team to expand. Lynette strongly believes that one of the major contributing factors to consistent growth lies in a motivated team. When an organisation’s goals are clear and firmly inculcated within the team, it drives and inspires them.

In a sea of competitors, Bellus prides itself on delivering quality products with excellent service.

With clarity over Bellus’ unique selling points, Lynette has always seen the importance of rebranding and positioning Bellus according to these value propositions. Lynette’s vision for the Bellus brand revolves around immediate association to first-rate service and high-quality products.

To continue propelling the Bellus business, Lynette intends for avid branding, marketing and advertising exercises. Ultimately, she realises that prioritising the right branding and marketing tools creates a catalyst that will further Bellus’ endeavours towards internationalisation.
